iconic cave set [5004936] review

Iconic Cave Set [5004936] Aaaaaaaah!!! LEGO Stores are giving away not one, but two minifigures in their Iconic Cave Set [5004936]! It's free with any  purchase over UK £25 / EU 30€ / US $50. The promotion runs from 10 to 30 August in-store and online . Play prehistorically with the caveman and cavewoman minifigures, complete with clubs and a cardboard cave house (which also serves as a storage box). Caveman The Caveman minifigure is similar to the one released in the first series of the LEGO Collectible Minifigures [8683] but with new print and hairpiece color. Cavewoman Likewise, the Cavewoman minifigure is identical to the one from Series 5 [8805] except for the new print and hairpiece color. I wish I have the original minifigs to compare them side by side but unfortunately, I was still on the dark brick ages when they were initially released. Prehistoric Love With regards to the box, to be honest, I love the way it was designed. Though a brickbuilt cave is more preferable, the

U-wing fighter [30496] review

U-Wing Fighter [30496] Rebel alert! It's the U-Wing Fighter [30496] polybag! I finally got my hands on the U-Wing Fighter [30496] minibuild! If you have read one of my previous posts earlier this year, you can deduce that my best mates and I have gotten together after a long, long time. They bought this polybag for me from their recent LEGOLAND Windsor visit. Super thank you kuys and ate  (big brother and big sister)! Now that I've thought about it, I haven't seen this polybag elsewhere here in the UK. It sounds like the Empire did some shady business. Back to the minibuild, it's needless to say that I've enjoyed building the U-Wing in this scale (or maybe I'm just really Rogue One biased). It looks like a shrunk version of the big set [75155] (which I did a gallery on)! Every piece corresponds to every part. From the thrust engines to the cockpit. I can't help but see Bistan gunning by the door. U-Wing My only complaint is that the wings are not foldable.

LEGO star wars magazine: issue 26

LEGO Star Wars Magazine Issue 26 The LEGO Star Wars Magazine Issue 26 is finally out, and it's a bumper issue! Free Imperial Snowtrooper minifigure plus a bonus gift! Minifigures are a bit of a rarity when it comes to the LEGO Star Wars Magazine. That's why this month's issue is special with the Imperial Snowtrooper minifigure giveaway. The free gift is limited edition  (in terms of distribution) but not necessarily exclusive (or sort of, depending on one's perspective). It is similar to the one released from the Snowspeeder [75049], AT-AT [75054], Assault on Hoth [75098], Hoth Attack [75138], and Star Wars Advent Calendar [75146] sets without the white kama and/or the white lamp holder piece (between the neck bracket and backpack). But nevertheless, a free minifigure is a free minifigure (not to mention this is great for army building)! Before moving on from the Imperial Snowtrooper, let me just mention a page that has literally made me laughed out loud. In this issue,

august mini model build: rainbow fish

August Mini Model Build [40246] The LEGO Store's Monthly Mini Model Build for August is a colorful rainbow fish! Continuing the splashy theme from last month's adorable octopus, this month's fun little build is a cute rainbow fish. The design may be simple (for the kids to easily follow) yet smart enough to include articulated fins!  It may have lack the colors from the far ends of the spectrum, but that didn't stop this Mini Model Build to attract (wanted) attention. By the way, the clear stand is not included in the polybag. Rainbow Fish If you want to construct your own rainbow fish, check out the building instructions here . And it doesn't have to be rainbow colored. Be creative and imaginative! P. S. A little bird told me that next month's Mini Model Build is reptilian, roars loudly, and supposedly scary. I'm just not sure with the last part because I took a quick peep, and I find it really cute! What do you think will it be?
